Code of conduct

Updated July 22, 2026

Vzla.io’s community channels — primarily our Telegram group — are spaces for discussion and collaboration around our tools and services. This code sets the standards of conduct and participation needed to keep the environment constructive, professional, and respectful. By taking part, you agree to abide by these rules.

Our pledge

We want the community to be a welcoming, harassment-free space for everyone, regardless of background, experience level, or identity. We pledge to keep it a place where people can ask questions, share feedback, and help one another in good faith.

Conduct standards

To keep the environment positive and productive, all participants must:

  • Respect others. Insults, personal attacks, harassment, and aggressive behavior are not tolerated.
  • Stay on topic. Discussions should relate to Vzla.io, its tools, and their development.
  • Be constructive. Criticism is welcome when it aims to improve things and comes with solutions or suggestions.
  • Avoid inappropriate content. Sharing offensive, illegal, or off-purpose content is not allowed.
  • Refrain from spam or self-promotion. Advertising, repetitive content, or promoting other projects without authorization is not permitted.
  • Respect privacy. Do not share other people’s private information without their explicit consent.
  • Follow administrators’ instructions. Participants are expected to respect the moderation team’s decisions and guidelines.

Examples

Behavior that helps the community includes:

  • Being welcoming, patient, and considerate toward others.
  • Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
  • Focusing on what is best for the community and for other users.

Behavior that is unacceptable includes:

  • Harassment, insults, personal attacks, or discriminatory language.
  • Publishing others’ private information without permission.
  • Sustained disruption, trolling, spam, or unauthorized promotion.
  • Any conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

Scope

This code applies to all of Vzla.io’s community channels, including our Telegram group and any other space we use to talk with users and gather feedback. It also applies when someone is representing the community in public spaces.

Moderation and enforcement

Administrators are responsible for clarifying and enforcing these standards and will respond fairly to any behavior they consider inappropriate. To ensure compliance with this code, Vzla.io reserves the right to:

  • Warn or remove messages that violate these rules.
  • Mute or expel users who repeatedly violate the code of conduct.
  • Implement additional measures as needed to maintain the quality of the community.

Administrators’ decisions are final and are not subject to public debate within the channels.

Reporting incidents

If you notice behavior that violates this code, you may report it to a group administrator or write to us. All reports are reviewed and handled discreetly, and we respect the privacy of anyone who reports an incident.

Enforcement guidelines

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, administrators may respond with:

  • A private warning, with an explanation of why the behavior was inappropriate.
  • Removal of the offending content and a request to change the behavior.
  • A temporary mute or suspension from the community channels.
  • A permanent expulsion in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Changes to this code

Vzla.io reserves the right to modify these rules as needed. Any update will be communicated in the community channels.
