Community terms & conditions

Updated July 17, 2026

These terms govern participation in the community channels operated by Vzla.io — primarily our Telegram groups and any other spaces we use to talk with users and gather feedback. These channels exist to foster discussion, share ideas, and improve the tools and services we offer. By joining or interacting in these spaces, you accept the terms set out here. If you do not agree, please do not take part.

Acceptance and eligibility

Participation is voluntary and open to users who can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to them. By taking part, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required to use the underlying platform (for example, Telegram) and that you accept these terms in full. If you take part on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Participation is subject to other rules

Our community channels are additional to, and do not replace, other terms that apply to you:

  • Code of conduct. Participation is subject to our community code of conduct, which sets the standards of behavior expected in these spaces.
  • Third-party platform terms. Our channels run on third-party platforms, such as Telegram. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for them.
  • Other Vzla.io terms. Where you also use our products, site, or API, the terms for those services continue to apply.

Acceptable conduct

To keep the environment constructive and focused on the platform’s development, you agree to:

  • Treat other participants and the moderation team with respect; harassment, personal attacks, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
  • Keep discussions relevant to Vzla.io, its tools, and their development.
  • Use the channels only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Refrain from spam, unauthorized advertising, and promotion of unrelated projects or content.
  • Not share false or misleading information, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Not share content protected by third-party rights or confidential information that you are not entitled to disclose.

Contributions and feedback

Community channels are designed to gather ideas, suggestions, comments, feedback, and bug reports (together, “contributions”). Contributions are voluntary.

By sharing a contribution, you grant Vzla.io a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, combine, and otherwise exploit that contribution for any purpose, without restriction and without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or individual credit. This includes, without limitation:

  • Implementing, modifying, or combining proposals in future updates.
  • Using input to develop new tools, services, or business models.
  • Analyzing community trends and interests to guide Vzla.io’s strategic evolution.

You retain any rights you already hold in your contribution; nothing here transfers ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to us. You confirm that you are entitled to share each contribution and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights. Vzla.io is under no obligation to review, use, or implement any contribution, and may decide whether to pursue it based on its own strategic and technical criteria.

No confidentiality of public posts

Anything you post in a community channel is shared with other participants and is not confidential. Do not post information you consider private, secret, or subject to confidentiality obligations. We treat contributions as non-confidential and are free to use them as described above. Personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our community privacy policy.

Moderation, removal, and removal of access

We actively moderate these spaces to keep them orderly and productive. We reserve the right, at our discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • Warn users and edit or remove messages that breach these terms or the code of conduct.
  • Mute, suspend, remove, or permanently ban users who breach these terms, and
  • Take any additional measures needed to protect the community and our services.

Moderation decisions are final and are not subject to public debate within the channels. Participation is a privilege we may withdraw at any time; you may also leave the channels at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Community channels are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content posted by other participants reflects their own views, not those of Vzla.io.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vzla.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your participation, from reliance on content shared in the channels, from the conduct of other participants, or from the third-party platforms on which the channels run.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant community channels. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Although Vzla.io operates as a US company, we choose to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU law where they protect participants; nothing here limits any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you.
